Slip-on-flanges
Simple and quick to use, yet manufactured to high quality standards, these slip-on flanges are indispensable components when it comes to the production of reliably tight air duct systems. Our slip-on flanges are available in different materials and thicknesses.
Corners
Corners are essential components to form stable and tight connections. They are perfectly matched to suit our flange system, and they are available in various hole designs, geometries and materials.
Turning vane fastening
In order to ensure optimum air flow across the entire air duct system, installation of turning vanes in bends and junctions is essential. Proper air flow not only helps to avoid turbulence and associated pres sure loss, but also significantly reduces noise in the duct system. As overall air tightness is key to HVAC performance, our splitters are equipped with pre-fitted sealing washers so as to meet the most stringent requirements.
Air duct stiffering
Vibrations resulting from air duct turbulence are prone to causing system noise pollution. Therefore, effective stiffening and damping are essential, especially for air ducts with large duct cross-sections and for air ducts with a high positive or negative pressure rating.
